Clambrace does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected.

Data inspection, modification or removal

You have the right to see, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to . To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask that you enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy we ask you to black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and national number. This is to protect your privacy. Clambrace will respond to your request as soon as possible.

What do we do in case of fraud and abuse?

In case of fraud or abuse, Clambrace may disclose your personal data to police and judicial authorities or to Clambrace employees responsible for security and enforcement of company rules.
